SHOULD THIS FAIL, THE MATTER SHALL BE REFERRED TO COMPETENT Country COURT, EVEN IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE DEFENDANT, THE ISSUE OF A THIRD PARTY NOTICE, AN URGENT APPLICATION, AN APPLICATION FOR PROTECTIVE MEASURES, OR SUMMARY OR EX PARTE PROCEEDINGS.
